ADOPTED in October, 2016.

Kona is a gorgeous female tabby cat. She was abandoned, pregnant and alone, in a parking lot and rescued by Thundering Paws.  She raised her adorable babies (Bravo, Cinder, Fiona, Nutmeg, Peaches, and Winnie) and is looking for a quiet, loving, FOREVER home.

Kona would fare best if she can move directly from her foster home to adoptive home and would probably be happiest as an only cat.  She doesn't like the commotion of our adoption events, but she's completely comfortable in her foster home. She adjusted very easily when she moved from one foster home to another, not hiding at all and needing only a short time to become comfortable outside of her introductory room.  While she doesn't need a lot of play to be happy, she will play.  What she really needs is human company.  She's a wonderful companion.  She greets her foster mom at the door, follows her from room to room, hangs out on the couch in the evening, and sleeps on the foot of the bed.

If you are looking for the ultimate in loving companionship, please consider taking Kona home with you.
