Cecil was trapped as a feral cat near Thundering Paws. Because he only has one eye, he remains with us. At first he was very frightened and spent most of his time hiding, but now he's gotten used to his environment. He's happy and playful with the other cats and many toys, and spends time snuggling with some of his kitty friends.
