Central Texas Animal Sanctuary
Thundering Paws is a no-kill, non-profit animal sanctuary located near Austin in Dripping Springs, Texas. We are home to more than one-hundred animals, mostly cats, and also two dogs and several rabbits. We provide our residents shelter, food, water, spaying/neutering, vacccinations, veterinary care, and a lot of love and attention. All cats are tested for FIV and feline leukemia.
Why are we working so hard to do this? Due to the overpopulation of companion animals in the United States, many often face unhappy fates. Our aim is to stop this suffering altogether. This is a goal of a lifetime, perhaps several lifetimes, but Thundering Paws is committed to doing all we can about it today!

We’d like to thank everyone who helped make Pawstock 6 such a resounding success. Thanks to all the Thundering Paws volunteers who helped out, especially Laura LaMantia who organized and managed the overall event. Thanks to Julia for rounding up master massager Levi and the awesome face painters Adria and Deborah. They really added so much fun to the event. Thanks to Calene for the many hours of work with the silent auction. Thanks to Kevin who helped with the sound for the musical performances. And the many others who helped with set-up, clean-up, and taking care of things at the sanctuary so this special event could take place.
Huge thanks to the performers who donated their time and talent to Pawstock: The Therapy Sisters, Zac Morgan, Chris Gates, Mark Gunn and Cedric the fiddler, and The Summer Wardrobe.
Great appreciation to all the individuals and businesses who made donations to the silent auction, and thanks to everyone who shopped the auction. Thanks to El Arroyo for the fantastic setting, especially Jeffery, Steven, and all the tireless staff who brought us chips, salsa, and great food and drinks all afternoon.
