Amplify Austin Day: March 1-2, 2023

We’re also going for the most unique donations in our category, mid-level organizations, over the 24 hour event, for a prize of $5,000. Any time you donate from a unique email address between 3/1 at 6 PM and 3/2 at 6 PM, you help us win that prize.

Please spread the word to your friends and family. The minimum donation is $5.

Amplify Austin is one of the biggest fundraising days for Thundering Paws. It is a 24 hour period from 6 PM on Wednesday, March 1st and to 6 PM on Thursday, March 2nd CST. Join us for a day of giving with a leader board and matching gifts. You can also make your gift to us early and it will count towards our 2023 total!

Our “Power Hour” is 8 PM to 9 PM. Wednesday, March 1. If we have the most unique donors* during that hour, we will win a $1,000 prize. We have won this prize every year that Amplify has been in existence. Help us keep our momentum!

*”Unique donors” are those with an email address that is not duplicated, that is, donations giving the same email address count as one.

Tomlinson’s Pound4Pound Food Drive

Tomlinson’s Pound4Pound Food Drive is happening now!

Please help keep all of our kitties well-fed with high-quality kibble for all of 2022.

Visit www.tomlinsons.com or any Tomlinson’s storefront Nov 26th – Dec 24th and make your P4P donation to Thundering Paws.

How Your Donations Help

For every pound of food that you donate, Tomlinson’s will match that donation. With your support and donations through Pound 4 Pound, Thundering Paws is able to feed cats that need our help, including:

  • Our cats at our sanctuary
  • Our foster cats
  • Cats and kittens fed and cared for by managers of feral colonies, after being trapped, neutered, vaccinated and returned by our TNVR Dripping Springs staff, and by other TNVR groups throughout the area

Pound 4 Pound Gift Wrapping Event

In addition to the Pound 4 Pound food drive, Thundering Paws has partnered with Tomlinson’s in Belterra to do a Gift Wrapping Event! December 18th from 12-3PM and December 23rd from 11-3PM, if you stop by Tomlinson’s in Belterra and make a P4P donation, Thundering Paws will be there to gift wrap any amount of gifts that you bring. They can be gifts purchased from Tomlinson’s, or any other gifts you have that need wrapping. It’s the merriest event around, and our Tomlinson’s adoptables do a wonderful job at helping us wrap the presents. We can’t wait to see you there!

 

Giving Tuesday 2021

#GivingTuesday, November 30th, is a global day of giving.

2021 has been an especially hard year for animal rescue. Despite these difficulties, Thundering Paws has helped over 200 cats live healthier and happier lives, many of whom would have died without our rescue. Your support this #GivingTuesday will allow Thundering Paws say yes to more people reaching out to us to help the suffering cats they care so much about. With your help, we can give these cats and kittens the gifts of health, happiness, and home.

We are a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations to Thundering Paws are tax deductible.
